1. Digital Products – No Cancellation

Due to the nature of digital products (such as software, scripts, templates, code, digital downloads, etc.), once a product has been purchased and the download or access is granted, the order cannot be canceled. Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed the product description, compatibility, and features before making a purchase.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for digital products except under the following conditions:

  • Defective or corrupt files: If the product you received is corrupt or unusable, we will offer a replacement or rectify the issue.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate payment.
  • Non-delivery of product: In case you do not receive the digital product within the stipulated time due to server issues or errors, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund if the issue is not rectified within a reasonable time.

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. No refund request will be entertained after this period.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You no longer need the product
